A five-hour Amtrak ride to Detroit last week seemed like a good opportunity to spend more time learning the Subharmonicon. With long attack and decay times the polyrhythms become completely mesmeric and mirrored the night scenery going by just outside the window.
It plays nice with the Normal Devices Decay Cascade, although I'm mostly just using the reverb here.

Didn't capture all that much video, so I'm just looping some short clips here.
This was my first time doing anything other than field recordings with the Portacapture X8: despite being pretty sure the levels were OK, got some ugly clipping here and there.
As a synth, it's very different than everything else I have and very conducive to this little kind of ambient jam.
