hi friends!! here's another full day of eating full of antioxidants-- to help slow down aging, decrease recovery time, battle illness, and help you glow :) i wouldn't really consider this a "real" day of being a clinical dietitian because it was just orientation but it was considered my first day according to payroll so i'm gonna rolllll with it ;)
