Here's the build video for a Rear Steel High Clearance Bumper for a 1995 2nd Gen 4Runner. For this build I used 3x2" rectangular tube at 3/16" thick for the rear cross tube and the hinge bracket. I used 10 ga steel plate for the side panels.
