100 g manteiga sem sal (temperatura ambiente, 25-30°C)
200 g creme de leite fresco/pasteurizado (gelado; tenha mais que 35% gordura | usado: 35% gordura)
FINALIZAÇÃO
300 g creme de leite fresco/pasteurizado (gelado; tenha mais que 35% gordura | usado: 35% gordura; opcional)
50 g chocolate meio amargo (opcional)
