I Bought a FAULTY Original XBOX Crystal | Can I FIX It?

I picked up this mint but FAULTY Crystal XBox on a recent trip to sunny Morecambe. It was sold to me as having a faulty disc drive. Other than that, I have no idea what's going on inside.

I really like the look of this thing, and would REALLY like to get it working. So let's give it a go!
