Central Azucarera de Bais

A two part special looking at the 'Central Azucarera de Bais' sugarmill in Bais City, Negros Oriental Philippines.
A rather wet day was spent down there following the system and trying to learn more about it. However, we left with more questions than answers.
We start in the port area. While there is a good amount of rollingstock there, we have seen no indication that anything is hauled along the jetty.
There was a loco half way out there though. They appeared to be doing some work to a pole. I didn't get much of it out there as it was pouring tropical rain, and my mode of transport was just a motorbike.
Two of the mill's diesel fleet, along with the above rollingstock, are shown in part one. We also start our day of following the lines back to the mill.

Unlike Hawaiian-Philippines, this mill was really appalling with communication. However, their disinterest didn't ruin a terrific experience.
