Night two of our Idaho backcountry adventure takes us dispersed camping along the beautiful Scenic Hwy 12 in the heart of the Selway-Bitterroot Wilderness. In this video, Jordie and I set up camp and cook steaks with baked potatoes over the campfire using our cast iron firebox cook set. The next morning, we hike to a natural Idaho hot spring, and find wild huckleberries during our hike.
