Sharon Roberson, CEO of YWCA Nashville and Middle Tennessee, won a 2025 Purple Ribbon Award for Executive of the Year, thanks to the amazing breadth of the impact she's made throughout her career, and her innovative, compassionate leadership. We couldn't be more excited to award YWCA Nashville and Middle Tennessee with our $10,000 Purple Ribbon Awards grand grant in recognition of Sharon's incredible work.
