Absolutely devastating flooding in Katy, Tx submerging hundreds possibly thousands of homes and businesses along with thousands of cars. Boats driving down the street as water rescues were still ongoing at the time. Schools flooded, complete neighborhoods under water. All this after the area received upwards of 4' of rain after Hurricane (Tropical Storm) Harvey.
