Running some 1/2 inch plate on my Premier Plasma CNC plasma table. I run a Hypotherm Powermax 65. If you get your settings right there is no edge start needed. I ran this at 65amps 15ipm. It cut nice and clean. Threw a bunch of sparks when it first starts though. LOL
