🫘 Soya Kheema Recipe
Ingredients:
Soya chunks – 1 cup
Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
Tomato – 1 (finely chopped)
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
Green chilli – 1 (optional)
Oil – 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala – ½ tsp
Salt – to taste
Coriander leaves – for garnish
Lemon juice – optional
Method:
Boil soya chunks in salted water for 5 minutes. Squeeze out water and pulse coarsely (kheema texture).
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds.
Add onions & green chilli, sauté till golden.
Add ginger-garlic paste, sauté till raw smell goes.
Add tomatoes, cook till soft.
Add turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder & salt.
Add soya kheema, mix well and cook for 5–7 minutes.
Sprinkle garam masala, mix and switch off.
Garnish with coriander leaves & a few drops of lemon juice.
