【韓式食譜】流心芝士吉列豬扒～ 韓國大熱街頭小食| ASMR (Pork Cutlet with Cheese recipe) [Eng Sub]

最近看吃播期間發現一款韓國大熱的街頭小食，它就是流心芝士吉列豬扒。它除了有普通吉列豬扒鬆脆多汁的口感外，中間還釀有邪惡的拉絲車打芝士和鹹香十足的火腿片，滿滿的芝士還可以用筷子夾起來，做成拉絲效果!另外，豬扒用了半煎炸的方式烹調，一樣香脆可口。大家都試試做這個流心芝士吉列豬扒，享受治癒的烹飪過程吧!
Recently, I found a hot street food in Korea during the watching of mukbang eating show. It is Korean Cheese Pork Cutlet. In addition to the crispy and juicy taste of pork cutlet, it is stuffed with evil and stringy cheddar cheese and salty ham slices. I use pan fry as cooking method, so that it is less greasy, but still crispy and delicious. Everyone should try this Cheese Pork Cutlet and enjoy the healing of cooking!

🧂材料:
豬扒 4塊
車打芝士 4條 (每條40克)
火腿 4片
黑胡椒 小許
鹽 半茶匙
生抽 半茶匙
味醂 1茶匙
雞蛋2隻
麵包糠 60克
中筋麵粉 40克

🍽Quantity: 4 pieces

🧂Ingredients:
4 pieces Pork loin
4 pieces Cheddar cheese (40g per each)
4 pieces Ham
a pinch of Black pepper powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Soy sauce
1 tsp. Mirin sauce
2 Eggs
60g Bread crumbs
40g All-purpose flour
