WebSDRs are a great online tool, where anyone with internet can listen to HF Frequencies all around the world for free.
The main site to get to these Websdrs is at http://www.websdr.org/
Once you're here, you can choose any location you want, and begin listening to the different bands that websdr has to offer.
You can even use this tool to test your equipment, if you're not getting anyone else.
I'ts a great tool for people who can't get afford and HF Rig, or who are contemplating getting their General Licence.
You just select the band, and have a visible waterfall to see incoming signals that you can tune to.
