The Amstrad CPC 464 is 30 years old this month! Released in June of 1984! As such, there's a lot more spotlight being put on the machine around the internet and in the press - plus there's still a lot of people discovering this machine for the first time and wondering where to start....

So here's a handy guide for the 10 games for the 464 (so no 128k/disk only games, or plus/cart games) you either need to own or start out with! I want to stress that these are not necessarily the 'best ever' games, but the games that will give you the best introduction and starting point with CPC 464 in the broadest sense... and the most fun!
