We Finally Found the Best Way to Scout

After a long effort to test the scouting changes in FM22 from previous versions of Football Manager, we have a guide for scouting in this year’s FM. It is different than what I have recommended for years, but it immediately heated up my search for wonderkids on stream and I hope it is able to do the same for you. It has been far too long since we made a scouting tutorial based on this much evidence.

I am sad that region scouting is over. Football Manager decided to make it a bit more intensive but it seems that it has actually been rendered largely ineffective, to be replaced by more micromanagement in our pursuit of wonderkids. I hope region scouting is able to make a comeback in future FM’s but I know that Football Manager is not into too much plug-and-play stuff, so time to start making guides like this.
