This is footage from a pilotage tour I recently took part in to learn the rocks and low water marks from an expert Pilot of the Guernsey Waters. I've left some of his original commentary in the video so you can hear the kind of information he had to offer.
Fantastic weather and some beautiful shots of Guernsey's South East coast, Herm and Jethou.
This was a 0.5m tide I believe so very low. Currents are running fast and you won't believe the number of rocks there are to hit!
A bit of a detour from my normal material and I didn't originally plan on making a video from it, but I thought it would make interesting watching.
