Know the proper way to feed a baby goat from their mother. Make sure the baby goat is feeding low and not too high in a stretching position causing choking. They like to eat on their knees. Watch and learn how to get the baby goat to transition from mother to bottle easily by transitioning from your finger to the nipple of the bottle. Don't pry open their mouth, instead put it in the corner of their mouth behind their teeth and turn it in till they start sucking on the nipple. Don't put the nipple in the front of their mouth, forcing it making it a negative experience.
