Broad River Outpost hosts an annual Shoal Lily Float at Anthony Shoals on the Broad River in Georgia. The Shoal Lily is an endangered plant with beautiful white flowers that lives exclusively in shoal environments on rivers in the Piedmont region of the Southeastern U.S., many of which are lying completely underwater in manmade lakes. Footage taken during a trip guiding students from The University of Georgia Ecology Club.
