Devotion: Relating to God From the Heart | 2022 SRF World Convocation

“There is a personal element in the search for God that is more important than mastery over the whole science of Yoga.”

With these words Paramahansa Yogananda emphasized how vital it is for each of us to form a close personal relationship with the Divine. But how do we discover our own inner connection, and become aware of that loving Presence in the moments of our lives? How can we create a deeply devotional, compelling, trusting, and joyous relationship with God as Father, Mother, Friend, Guru, and Divine Beloved?

These are the questions that will be discussed and answered in this class from Sister Draupadi as part of the 2022 Self-Realization Fellowship World Convocation.

The 2022 SRF World Convocation is a free weeklong program of online classes on Paramahansa Yogananda’s “how-to-live” teachings and meditation techniques, guided meditations and kirtans (devotional chanting), virtual pilgrimage tours to the ashrams where Yogananda lived and communed with the Divine, and more.
