I find it quite strange that Akuma is the only character in this game without EX moves. I guess Capcom felt he was strong enough without them. Still, it makes me happy they decided to forgo that starting with Street Fighter IV. At least his teleports are easier to use in a collection where you can't map three attack buttons at once to the back triggers.
