Cooking Delicious Fish Curry to Feed Elderly | দাদাদের অসাধারণ মাছ রান্না কর্মসূচি | Puti & Tengra

Today our beloved 70+ years old 4 grandpa brothers from YouTube Village cooked a traditional Bengali-style fish curry called Chorchori using small catfish (Tengra Mach) and barb fish (Puti Mach) with fresh vegetables. They used carrot, brinjal, and Malabar spinach (Pui Shak) to enhance the flavor of this village-special curry.

First, Grandpa cleaned and cut all the fish and vegetables using traditional Boti, then mixed them with spices and slowly cooked the delicious curry. After cooking rice, they all sat together and enjoyed the meal with joy and laughter.

Later, they packed the food and went around the village to serve old age and physically challenged people, spreading love and kindness with every meal.

আজ ইউটিউব ভিলেজ থেকে আমাদের প্রিয় ৭০ বছরের ঊর্ধ্বে ৪ জন দাদা মিলে রান্না করলেন গ্রামবাংলার জনপ্রিয় চচ্চড়ি রেসিপি। রান্নায় ব্যবহৃত হয়েছে ছোট টেংরা মাছ ও পুঁটি মাছ, সাথে ছিল গাজর, বেগুন আর পুঁই শাক।

দাদারা প্রথমে বটি দিয়ে মাছ ও সবজি কেটে পরিষ্কার করেন, এরপর মশলা দিয়ে রান্না শুরু করেন। পরে ভাত রান্না করে চারজন একসাথে বসে খাওয়া উপভোগ করেন।

রান্না শেষ করে তারা খাবারের প্যাকেট তৈরি করে গ্রামের বৃদ্ধ ও শারীরিকভাবে অক্ষম মানুষদের মাঝে বিতরণ করেন। দাদাদের এই ভালোবাসা ও ত্যাগের গল্প সবাইকে অনুপ্রাণিত করুক।
