Reflections on the Loss of Loved Ones: My Honest Thoughts

Hey all, this video might be a little different than a lot of the content I ussually make. But I want to take a moment to acknowledge this difficult reality: losing people we love.

It's been a tough year for me. I've had a lot of deaths of loved ones in the past year, and after a recent memorial service I wanted to take a few minutes to process what I'm learning through loss.

Every person whom I've lost has blessed me with lessons and love to continue to share with others. We can all honor our dear ones by storing their wisdom in our hearts and passing on the generosity, love, compassion and strength that they taught us.
