Marlon's NEW Xplore Pro III Sled Deck | Impressive List of Updates!

Luke highlights the updates to Marlon's new Xplore Pro III Sled Deck showcasing how this latest edition to the Xplore Pro series exemplifies Marlon’s commitment to innovation and quality.

Highlights of Marlon's Xplore Pro III sled deck include:

• New decking material which is a much thicker HDPE top with molded traction mat. Many competitors use a smooth surface deck top. HDPE deck is heavy duty mold and won’t warp due to heat expansion in the summer months.

• New Sliding System: Old system had square tube within square tube and now uses a round tube within square tube. This significantly reduces surface area contact minimizing friction points making it way easier to slide the deck wings in and out.

• The underside of the deck now features a full sheet of aluminum which significantly reduces water leakage from top of the deck into the bed.

• Weather seal kit which has been offered as an add-on accessory now comes standard. Large rubber casket that goes full length of sides and the front along with rear weather seal kit that gets mounted separately to ensure best up against the tail gate when it is closed.

• New fully adjustable legs which have two carriage bolts that cinch in place the adjustable leg with extruded channel guide. New foot pad is now bolted which allow for differing orientations of foot pad to accommodate differing bed layouts such as the fuel and DEF line pushouts.

• Now available in white (not just black). Replaced decals with laser cut plates with interchangeable color backing with 4 rivet nuts

• 8Ft deck fits 6.2ft to 8ft box
• 7 ft deck fits 5.5ft to 6.2ft box
