Brunching on the Las Vegas Strip with my mommy was the perfect way to slow down and soak in the city together. We spent the afternoon at Chéri Rooftop inside Paris Las Vegas and it was everything from the views to the food.
We ordered the brioche French toast which was perfectly soft and buttery, crispy golden hash browns, classic eggs, and bacon done just right. The brunch vibes were relaxed, stylish, and very Vegas. If you are looking for a rooftop brunch spot on the Strip, this one is worth adding to your list.
After brunch we headed poolside at Fontainebleau Las Vegas to unwind and enjoy the atmosphere. Later we did a little gambling at ARIA Resort & Casino because it is not Vegas without trying your luck.
