Join your friend Mr. Tuna in an exploration of sound, building and matching patches on two incredible synthesizers: The Dave Smith Prophet-6 and the Dave Smith/Tom Oberheim OB-6.
For this exercise, I am trying to recreate one of my favourite sounds on the OB, and in that sense the parameters and sound-sculpting lends a little more towards emphasizing the unique character and timbres of OB than the Prophet, but you might be surprised (or not surprised at all) at how truly similar the end up in the end!
Check it out, and bare with me- things may get a little shy of exciting.
