Singing Gnomes

My first attempt at a fully sequenced light show. There are a few rough edges, but it's good enough to go live!
Yes, that's a genuine Christmas Story Leg Lamp in the front window. Even came in a box labeled "fra-GEE-lay" on the side. It might get even more attention than the gnomes do.
For those interested in the how-to:
1. The show repeats every 15 minutes. There's currently a big chunk of dead air as my gnomes are currently "one hit wonders" but I'm hoping to add two more songs, which should flesh things out to around 8-10 minutes in length. A little dead air will keep the public moving assuming crowd control ever becomes a problem, as I don't wish to annoy my neighbors.
2. The music is broadcast on 89.9FM. Unfortunately there isn't a reliable way to stream to cell phones that can properly maintain the timing between the lights and the music. The broadcast uses a low-power transmitter, as I do not want the FCC fining me. I put a cheap FM radio outside at a low volume for the amusement of those walking by.
3. There are 5,769 lights in this show, controlled through a Falcon F48 controller located in my basement. There's also a 3-panel P5 LED board in the front window to announce the song and other relevant information. Two computers run the show. The light sequencing is done in a program called xLights.
4. There is still a major prop missing: a mega-tree over the front door. It'll have to wait until the weather cooperates before it can be erected.
5. How much time did it take to create all of this? More than any sane person will want to devote. I didn't keep track, but I can say that the wreath took about four hours to build and it was the simplest piece to create. Basic light sequences can be done in under an hour but something as complex as sequencing to a song like this took me several hours. Hopefully it'll get a little bit quicker/easier as I get better using the software.
