Strand Hunter's new aspect Whirling Maelstrom and the reworked Foetracer pair together so nicely to give us an almost constant uptime on a Tier 4, non-stacking, weapon bonus. And although Strand's ability to have infinite suspension was toned down, with the Widow's Silk aspect we possess two Shackle Grenades in our kit, allowing us more flexibility for keeping enemies suspended.
