Why No WWII German Aircraft Carriers?

During World War Two aircraft carriers would play a vital role for some of the major powers such as Britain, Japan and the United States. These vessels would assist in many naval victories within the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans. The German Navy would be one of the wars biggest Naval forces but it had one glaring omission. The Kriegsmarine seemed to lack the use of aircraft carriers, or did they? In today's video we look at the Graf Zeppelin, the German aircraft carrier of WWII.
