in this video I'm testing out a new Steel, I have a more scientific test coming out soon this video was more focused on the knife making itself, and the steel is pretty good!
it's only 5160 nothing special, I'm just now able to get it from a reliable source instead of using leaf springs from the junk yard, 5160 is one of my favorite steel's to work with if not my favorite. I just used it a lot and found it best suits what I'm trying to do and the quality I'm looking for in a knife, this blade came out sharp and durable to which I'm happy with.
the wood is a mystery wood to me, I'll change the description later if I find out but I still don't know, best guess is zebra wood from searching online
