Tonight we wrap up Part 2 of the Year of the Horse kickoff—bringing the high-contrast, fire-lit skull concept to completion on a black aluminum panel.
The foundation was established in Part 1. This session is about refinement and resolution—pushing realistic fire, tightening forms, and making final contrast decisions that bring the piece together.
This live paint focuses on controlled chaos: balancing loose vs tight, dark vs light, and letting flame and rim light define the form with intention.
We’ll be finishing and breaking down:
