Slow the momentum on unwanted things and increase the momentum on wanted things by paying attention to the way that you feel.

Savor and expand the base of joy when it's there. Holding yourself as best you can in a place of most satisfaction as you can. In satisfaction there's no resistance, and when there is no resistance momentum will happen.
