HARUSAME SALAD | Japanese Glass Noodle Salad is also called "Chuka Salad" = Chinese-style salad.
It’s our all-time favorite refreshing summer salad.
You can also make it with vegetables in your fridge and ham!
・3~4 servings
30g/ 1.1ozGlass noodles (春雨）
1/3 cucumber
50g/2oz cooked shreded chicken breast
1 large egg
a pinch of salt
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons Sushi vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
・Sushi vinegar
３tablespoon Sugar
1 cup (240ml) Rice vinegar
A piece of Kombu kelp
1 teaspoon Salt
