Angel Roll Variations for Contact Sword and Double Contact Sword by Spades.

Part IV

In this video I cover lots of technics to do Angel Rolls with Contact Swords. The only major difference between using a Contact Sword and a Contact Staff is the asymmetry of the sword. Both props can can physically do the exact same moves because you are manipulating the center of gravity.
I encourage exploring moves with your Contact Sword in both possible starting grips; with your blade end towards your thumb and with your handle end towards your thumb. The way you hold your sword determines how it is oriented as it rolls across your body.
