The first part of the exhibit “Leonardo da Vinci: The Wisdom of Light, Artificial Intelligence/Humanity and the Metaverse from CERN to NASA” was created by using data from art history. The exhibition, that starts with Leonardo da Vinci’s drawings and continues with 3D modelling, uses the inventions, the drawings and sketches of machines belonging to the artist. The outputs are particles made up of 15 billion brushstrokes, which are obtained via art history data and Leonardo da Vinci’s information being taught to artificial intelligence, find their expression in an abstract aesthetic language throughout the whole space. Data and outputs from famous art history masterpieces by Michelangelo, Raphael and Botticelli are also featured at the entrance of the exhibit. The music used in the first part of the exhibit belongs to the world-famous Ludovico Einaudi, composer of the Oscar winning movie Nomadland and the legendary Mercan Dede.

The second part of the exhibit, the digital library of 20 million lines created by teaching an artificial intelligence the data from the theories, articles and books of scientists such as Einstein and Galileo comes together in the piece Poetic AI. In the piece Data Monalit, the oldest data in the world, Göbeklitepe, is blended with artificial intelligence to take you on a journey through history. Data Gate is based on the idea of using machine learning rooted in space exploration and astronomy research via “Kepler Data Sets”. This piece, that was created in collaboration with NASA using space data recorded by the Kepler Telescope over the course of 10 years reinterpreted using artificial intelligence, invites you to macro universes. “Dark Machine” is an artificial intelligence data painting piece that audiences will be able to enjoy for the first time after it was exhibited at CERN. This piece uses data obtained from the results of subatomic particle collisions, which is an experimental study conducted in collaboration with 16 preeminent artificial intelligence scientist from MIT, NYU, Harward at CERN.
