Magne’s second solo album, 'A dot of black in the blue of your bliss', was first offered as a limited edition of 300, the covers hand painted as part of a large canvas and dismantled into its parts. The 300 covers were mounted together and painted as a single work during a painting performance in the bell tower at Oslo City Hall in January 2008.
The album sold out very quickly, even before the painting performance took place. Here is a video of the painting process, as well as other footage and imagery related to Magne's art - specifically the CLIMAX installation at the Nobel Peace Center in Oslo.
