Shot with a DJI Phantom 3 Advanced. (Video is real time) Flight was done with no mods. In that area, there is little to no interference with wifi and other electrical / wireless signals. I had full signal when I turned around. I would have continued the flight, but the battery had dropped to 50% and the DJI Go app was telling me that I reached my max distance before having to return to home. I would have loved to try for 3 miles, but better safe than sorry! When I flew back, I was flying with the wind. Top speed for that flight was 72.5 miles per hour.
