The Ovie of Uvwie Kingdom, His Royal Majesty Abe I Oon, has strongly protested the decision to place the Enerhen Police Division in Uvwie Local Government Area under the Warri Area Command rather than the newly approved Effurun Area Command.
In a trending video, the Uvwie monarch outlined the efforts made by the kingdom to sustain the Enerhen Police Division and other police divisions within Uvwie land in order to maintain peace and security. He questioned the rationale behind placing the Enerhen Division under the Warri Area Command instead of the newly established Effurun Area Command.
He further noted that this situation mirrors the earlier decision to place the Ovwian and Aladja Police Divisions under the Burutu Area Command, which is currently operating from the Ovwian Division.
