Spring is meant to mark the beginning of the year. A time when we emerge from our "hibernation," slowly thawing out from (what is suppose to be) the stillness of winter. Both our minds & bodies begin to prepare for what lies ahead. It's a season for planting the seeds of intentions and to take the first steps towards our new goals.
Spring can feel like an "in-between" space - where one chapter has closed and the next is being created, even if we don't know what it may be yet. That uncertainty can be scary and unsettling but it is necessary for growth.
We're always blossoming even if we can't see the petals. Growth begins in silence. In the quiet moments - the stillness, there is power & purpose too.
