We take a look at different types of heads for 1964 Gi Joe 1/6 or 12 inch action figures. What to look out for and how to identify heads and makers marks on the bodies. Special thanks to the Warmans guide to GI Joe and Yojoe.com for references. I see many collectors getting burnt thinking they are collecting early issue figures. Educate before you buy! If a seller wont show maker marks or answer questions, be careful. Many will say they arent experts , so you become the expert! Know what you are buying. Big differences in production and value depending on what figure you are looking at. Make sure to look at the body as well. Learn all types of stamps.
