Leg day of the Cycle 2 Intermediate Body Building Series. When you are doing leg day make sure you carb up half an hour before the workout because you will use up a lot of energy in leg day. Do 20-30 Squats to warm up. In this workout we will do a killer reverse workout.
Make sure you stretch before workout.
Following is what we performed in this routine:
Seated Leg Curls
4 Sets of 20 Reps
Weighted Lunges
6 Sets of 15 Reps
Seated Leg Extensions
4 Sets of 20 Reps
Barbell Squats
6 Sets of 15 Reps
Lying Leg Curl (Dumbbells)
3 Sets of 33 Reps
