In this video, I illustrate how to convert the Watersnake ASP T24 2 Speed trolling motor for use with a Hobbywing Quicrun 880 Electronic Speed Controller (ESC). I used a remote control box with a modified ESC and a pot controlled servo for this project (see link). I also referenced an option for a head mounted ESC as an alternative (see link).
