The rawas fry I have shared in this video, is exactly how we Pathare Prabhus fry our fish. We make sure the fish is fresh. We are very particular about the way the fish is cut. The fish pieces have to be of a particular size to get the maximum out of the fish. The masala we use is also limited, so that we get the taste of the fish & not the masala.
