Finished installing the custom LED wiring but ran into an issue with the internal mount.
5V 5050 SMD Strip LED, cool white - ebay
3 x 1.5V AA Battery Case with On/Off switch - ebay
5V Mini RF Wireless Remote LED Controller - ebay
JST Plug Connectors Male & Female - ebay
1/4W 33ohm resistors - Fry's but I'm sure you can find on eBay
Heat shrink - Radio Shack (back in the day....) but also on eBay
Stock Bandai LEDs - cockpit, landing, ramp, gun ports
