Disney opened it's fourth Florida theme park on Earth Day, 1998. Disney's Animal Kingdom became it's largest theme park opening with 1,000 animal 'residents' in spacious and beautiful habitats.
This video is from it's grand-opening ceremony attended by about 2,000 people. This video is an interesting look in the park that opened in 1998, with just nine attractions! This park has come a long way in the past twenty years.
