Bagram Army Airfield in Baram, Afghanistan is the hub for troops who in-process for Operation Enduring Freedom. Currently, the population is around 30,000 and is climbing. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is helping keep pace with the expanding installation with some key projects designed to accommodate more and larger aircraft, and dormitory-style barracks for incoming transient troops. Hank Heusinkveld reports.
