This video shows the power system I am using in my cargo trailer camper. I have the MPP Solar 2424LV-MSD (MPPT solar charger) with 4, SOK 12.8V 100Ah LiFePo4 batteries. I am powering lights, fan, music, A/C, refrigerator, coffee maker and hot plate, each at various times, and I can go 12 to 16 hours without solar or generator power on a full charge. I use 4 Renogy 100 watt panels or a Honda 2200i to charge the system. The SOK batteries allow me to go to campgrounds without power and a 10 or 11 PM quiet hour (no generators after quiet hour) and easily power the A/C overnight.
