These gooey chocolate chip cookies are great for any occasion and are definitely a party pleaser! This recipe make between 15-20 cookies and you will need...
Butter - 1 1/4 stick
Brown Sugar - 1/2 cup
Granulated Sugar - 1/4 cup
Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp
Egg - 1 whole
All Purpose Flour - 1 cup , 6 TBL
Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
Bourbon - 2 TBL
Chocolate Chips - 3/4 cup
Pecans - 1 cup
