I didn’t start studying psychology to impress anyone.
I started because I (along with many others around me) needed healing, mentally, emotionally, physically, and most importantly…spiritually.
I’m officially halfway through my psychology program, and this video isn’t about grades or titles. It’s about what learning psychology has revealed to me as a woman who has had to unlearn, rebuild, and confront parts of herself that were shaped by trauma, conditioning, food, motivation, relationships, and identity.
In this video, I share the Psychology courses I’ve taken so far and how they’ve changed the way I understand:
• desire, discipline, and motivation
• food, the body, and self-control
• social influence and identity
• sexuality, relationships, and attachment
• research, statistics, and how truth is actually measured
• the connection between plant life, human life, and healing
These courses include:
Introduction to Psychology, Sexuality Studies, Social Psychology, Motivation, Understanding Food, Writing in Psychology, Statistical Methods I & II, Research Methods, and more.
If you’re a woman who feels emotionally exhausted, spiritually hungry, or mentally stuck, this video is for you. And if you’re considering studying Psychology, not just as a career, but as a tool for self-understanding and healing, then I hope this gives you clarity.
I believe healing is intentional. And sometimes, learning is part of obedience.
🤍 This space is for women (and men who are open) who want to heal deeply, think critically, and live consciously.
