Recipe for southern style, dirty rice
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
 1 -pound of Italian sausage
1-container of chicken livers
2 -pound of ground chicken, turkey or beef
1-cup of uncle Ben’s rice optional or any rice you prefer 
1 -teaspoon salt
1 -teaspoon black pepper
2 -teaspoons of paprika
2 -teaspoon of Tony Creole seasoning
2-bay leaf
1/2 -teaspoon of beef bouillon
1- box of beef broth
1 -teaspoon of time granulated
One red bell pepper
One green bell pepper
One yellow onion
3- stalks of celery, chopped finally

You may alter any of these seasonings to your taste
