Sausage Pulao Ingredients
1.5 cups long grain rice (250 grams)
200 grams pork sausages (removed from their casing)
Whole spices (cinnamon 1", cloves 2, cardamom - 4, peppercorns 1/2 tsp, star anise -1, bay leaves - 2)
2 medium onions, sliced
1 medium tomato, chopped
3 green chillies, slit
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
2.5 cups hot water to cook the rice
2 to 3 tablespoon oil (use less oil if pork has fat)
Salt to taste
